What do you value most in your daily work?

Benjamin: The pride in our craftsmanship, the quality of our work, and the joy of collaboration matter most to us. This is exemplified by the time and energy we invest in creating simple and durable results. Pushing boundaries of accepted norms and established processes. Embedding substance and care into everything we do.

How flexible are your working hours?

Benjamin: We strive to provide a stress-free and collaborative workplace where people can apply and improve their craft with pride every day. We provide flexible working hours and the possibility to work part-time. We are also open to working remotely although some on-location presence is expected.

«If you enjoy working on projects with a purpose where shared achievement outweighs individual profit, you’ll love working at Interactive Things.»

What opportunities for continuous education do you offer?

Benjamin: We strongly believe in the importance of lifelong learning for everyone. From our interns to our partners, people are encouraged and supported with time and money to further their technical expertise. More specifically, we offer a personal yearly stipend and time-off for formal education and conference attendance.

What do you enjoy most about working at Interactive Things?

Benjamin: Interactive Things is a place to think, create, and learn. A space where we come together and collaborate. With people we like and respect. For people we want to serve. Towards a future we want to see become reality. If you enjoy working on projects with a purpose where shared achievement outweighs individual profit, you’ll love working at Interactive Things.

«Although I view the world through the lens of a designer, I consider our scope of influence reaching beyond the ink on paper or the pixels on screen. I believe that we must develop a strong opinion about the intent and impact of our work.»
