UX & Graphic Design Lead – 80%-100% (m/w/d)

We are Hapimag: A holiday apartment sharing community. We own and operate 56 holidays resorts in several popular destinations throughout Europe – by the sea, in the mountains, and cities. Why? Because we want to go on holiday in a relaxed and mindful way.

UX & Graphic Design Lead – 80%-100% (m/w/d) 

Your responsibility

  • You set the direction of how the customer experience should develop in the long term by continuously contributing to the product vision and brand identity and setting priorities to realize them over time
  • You lead and coach designers to constantly improve, to have fun at their work and to fully unfold their strengths and potential
  • You ensure that customer value is created by giving feedback and challenging design solutions with a view to making the experience seamless and helping our guests to easily achieve their goals
  • You create an efficient and effective working environment for designers by providing tools, processes and information so that they can work result-oriented
  • Together with the graphic team lead you make sure that all visual communication (online & offline) contributes to a positive perception and a consistent Hapimag brand that reflect our values
  • You promote user-centered product development and cross-departmental collaboration and ensure organization-wide communication and reporting
  • Experience in building a living design system is a plus

About you

  • 5+ years of experience in the field of designing digital experiences in an agile environment
  • 2+ years of experience in leading and managing teams
  • Customer-focused with an eye on business and tech, curious about solving the right problems
  • Promoter of UX principles and user-centered design
  • Ability to engage cross-functional teams and departments
  • Action-oriented and biased towards delivering results
  • Fluent in writing and speaking English and German
