Senior UX Researcher (f/m) 80-100%

Your tasks:

  • You will be owning the User Experience Research efforts within the Digital Product team at NZZ
  • You will work very closely to Product Managers, UX Designers and UI Designers
  • You will contribute to the NZZ end users experience by being involved in user’s problem identification, solution investigation and definition
  • You will be responsible for facilitating the definition of the best research method to apply, and for coordinating all research related activities such as: recruiting users, planning and running interviews, analyzing, summarizing and sharing insights and findings within the team and to different stakeholders
  • Responsible to take NZZ UX Research efforts to the next level, through expertise and passion for the field
  • Participation in speed creation formats and design sprints
  • Close collaboration with Customer Experience and Market Research teams in setting up research infrastructure and knowhow in the whole organization

 

Your profile:

  • Education in Psychology, Anthropology, HCI/Computer Science, Cognitive Ergonomics or relevant disciplines
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a UX Researcher, ideally in an agile environment
  • You are fluent in integrating research into product design and design practices
  • You have a strong understanding of all different research methods and when to apply them during the product development process
  • You have excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
  • Ability to convey research results and insights to different stakeholders
  • Very good knowledge of English (level C1) and German mother tongue (or level C2), both written and spoken
